During my tenure at Jackson Spalding, I had the privilege of working closely with Delta Air Lines, gaining valuable insight into their diverse operations. I got to lead design and user experience for several high-profile products, websites and national campaigns. I learned a ton with each new project and got to work with many talented people along the way. Here are some of my favorite projects.
Nationwide launch of the Delta + Lyft partnership. Our team built the gateway linking Delta and Lyft accounts, which braves massive traffic and continues to help millions earn rewards.
Website overhaul the included design, development, content, and marketing, in addition to merging 3 sites, TechOps, Material Services and Flight Products.
Digital activation concepts to promote the new inflight menu. Activations include concepts for seatback displays and other online content accessed by QR codes.
Seasonal campaigns to promote new ways to win big and earn Skymiles points. Campaigns include microsites, social graphics, email and analytics reporting.
